Lauren Childers of Booneville rides in the University of Mississippi's homecoming parade. Childers, a Booneville High School graduate and the daughter of Travis and Tami Childers of Booneville, was chosen by her fellow students as Miss Ole Miss, one of the highest honors a student can receive from the student body at the university.
